Overview

Create Control & Monitoring the Plan Maintenance for all process machine, equipment as well as other Utility and Building (Process, Packaging, Building, Storage, WWTP)
Build and setup the Spare Part control system to ensure maintenance and repair task run smoothly and optimize the inventory cost.
Responsible for All Engineering Compliance concern.(ie PeMM, AIB, Regulation Building inspection, Hoist, Crane, GEHSMS, etc.)
Responsible for improvement project owner in Process and Packing as assigned

Capex Spending Management
Sustainability Improvement

Responsibilities

Business Results:

Create, revise and review Plan maintenance to cover all area/building/system.
Control & Monitoring and follow up Plan Maintenance for all area/building/system.
Responsible for All Engineering Compliance concerns (ie PeMM, AIB, Regulation Building inspection, Hoist, Crane, GEHSMS, …)
Report & Information center of Engineering (ie Document control, spare part, Maintenance Dashboard, Energy & water report, Downtime report, MTBF, …)
Responsible for improvement project owner in Process and Packing as assigned.
Build engineering capability both in terms of organization and people in technical store team.
Root Cause Analysis of machines breakdown in all area/building/system.
Implement skill matrix and training plan for technician.
Department TPM coordinator, RECON coordinator

People Results:

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering fields.
Minimum 5 years experiences in engineering field at manufacturing; FMCG or food industry is preferable.
Minimum 3 years experiences in supervisory level. Experience in maintenance execution.
Knowledge in SAP and Maintenance Planning is preferable.
Good computer literature in Microsoft office.
Good command in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
Certified Six Sigma.
SET certificate in PC26 or Packing is preferable.
