Support Beverage APAC&AMESA innovation projects, by acting as MS contact window.
Responsibilities1.Independently lead analytical support to Beverage APAC&AMESA innovation projects.
2.Collaborate as strong partner in MS SH Lab with Beverage APAC&AMESA product developers, TDC & Life Sciences functions.
3.Deliver smart data and insights to ensure Beverage quality standards and sustainability, as well as the state of art analytical solutions, e.g., active ingredient substantiation, shelf-life test, test method consultant, product specification compliance check, data interpretation, sugar reduction, productivity, etc.
4.Work closely with Global MS teams/community, to discuss and align on analytical test methods, working process and best practice, etc.
5.Build new analytical testing capabilities for Beverage APAC&AMESA, i.e. define the R&R of global & sector MS teams, initiate and execute projects and research experimental designs (DOE); transfer/validate/verify PepsiCo standard analytical technologies to support innovation projects in a timely manner.
6.Manage the digitization tools such as DELTA for analytical data maintenance, recording, tracking and insights generation.
7.Collaborate with contract laboratories, external academic institutes/universities and industry communities to deliver fast solution to project support. Build and maintain external network to understand the industry trend/hot spots and bring industry impact.
Qualifications1.Minimum Master’s degree in Chemistry or Food Sciences, or equivalent field.
2.At least 8-year experience in analytical related environment, be familiar with analytical instrumentations such as HPLC, GC, etc.
3.Digitization & statistical knowledge/skills is a plus.
4.Be flexible, willing to work under challenges/pressure and able to handle multitasks with good prioritization skills.
5.Excellent management and communication skills, e.g., stakeholder management, project management, influencing skills, strategic thinking, etc.
6.Experience on Foods or Beverage industry is preferred.
7.Good team player with collaborative spirit and win-win mindset.
8.Faster leaner and self-motivated.
9.Good English and computer skills.
