Responsibilities• Implementation of procedures and systems of personal safety and laboratory, proper use of chemical reagents and waste management in accordance with the environmental standard, participation in training programs.• Performs calibration and verification for all Lab and Plant equipment( scales, analytical instruments for moisture and fat , thermobalances, colormeter, analytical instrument for oxidation value analysis, automatic titrators, thermometers, thermocouples, ovens, glassware, oximeters, thickness gauges, conductivity etc).• Quality control of intermediate and finished products. It includes qualitative and quantitative determination of quality parameters such as moisture, fat, salt, colour, oil quality indicators (ffa, pv, ov,) etc.• Receipt and quality checks for Raw Materials according to detailed procedures and processes and in accordance with qualitative and quantitative characteristics.• Create and control the reliability of the results with internal control charts (AQC moisture-fat-salt).• Participation and evaluation on-site & regional in interlaboratory testing YOUDEN of Pepsico (moisture, fat, salt).• Implementation of Raw Materials Traceability system.• Responsible for statistical process control of critical quality and process parameters (SPC / EWMA).• Support Agro dept by delivering VAS report, potato KPI report.• Contribution on consumer complants receiving process.• Responsible for microbiological finished product program.• Deliver annual training for PAE to PC process operators.• Deliver training for PAE to new potato suppliers. • Coordinates the QW meetings.• Completes all necessary Lab documentation.• Support GEHSMS Implementation for QC dept. Ensure that all requirements for STD12 & STD33 are implemented.• Report hazards, incidents, accidents, diseases, emergencies, etc.
Qualifications• Technical knowledge in analytical procedures for laboratories• Good knowledge of English (oral and written)• Computer literacy with Windows, Microsoft office application and othe Lab software• Works effectively in a team environment• Communication ability• Ability to work in shifts• Analytical skills
