Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for data analysis, reporting and documentation of strategic initiatives that improve the operational execution of global reward programs as well as improve the experience of clients as they engage with these reward programs.

This requires the role to collect requirements, understand scope and prioritize demands. Client surveying to identify areas of opportunity and to measure transformation.

Your Impact

As People Analytics & Compensation Specialist your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Review compensations packaging, analyze and propose recommendations based on market trends.
  • Policy documentation and maintenance.
  • Analyze and report on compensation data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track reward program effectiveness.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in compensation systems.

  • Document and support global reward initiatives to improve operational execution.

  • Conduct client surveys to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to enhance compensation processes.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree is required

Experience

  • English language fluency is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analytics.
  • Understanding of compensation survey data and benchmarking methodology.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; should be an advanced user with experience linking multiple worksheets and external databases, using pivot tables, and writing nested functions.
  • Familiar and experience with HRIS systems and data maintenance
