We are seeking a strategic and multi-disciplinary Design Lead.
Reporting to the VP of Design, this role will oversee a high-performing team to develop and implement innovative, market-leading design solutions across our Australia and New Zealand product portfolio.
The Design Lead will drive the entrepreneurial strategy for each brand and touchpoint within the portfolio. This hands-on role requires pragmatic assessment and the ability to create contemporary design outputs. The ideal candidate will pitch, propose, and provoke, making this role their own brand design playground.

- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Sydney, Bangkok, globally), including brand design, innovation, product design, consumer insights, brand marketing, R&D, and operations, to deliver strategically aligned and commercially viable projects.
- Entrepreneurial Innovation: Drive the front-end design process from problem definition and consumer research to brainstorming and visualising ideas, creating forward-thinking solutions with broad business impact.
- Brand Vision Ownership: Own the visual identity for all brands, collaborating with internal and external design partners to execute innovative solutions for the ANZ business.
- Customer-Centric Design: Translate customer needs into actionable design requirements, driving final design recommendations and approvals to enable artwork execution and production.
- Global Strategy Contribution: Contribute to global design strategies by representing the region's voice and integrating business strategies, market trends, and available technologies to maintain a continuous flow of value.
- Strategic Design Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in design with a strong background in brand development, and a degree in Product/Graphic Design or a related field.
- Innovative Design Expertise: Exceptional contemporary design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to conceptualise and visualise ideas through sketching or software.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- Dynamic Project Management: Proven project management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and managing design processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial Creativity: A relentless curiosity for design, a passion for innovative trends, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a clear design vision.
