Overview

The Sales Development Manager will work closely with the Sales teams (Regional Sales Leads / Territory Development Managers) to conceptualize & implement agendas in the TT sales nationwide and anchor specific interventions with the Sales Leaderships in order to provide long term business growth, while helping achieve Company's business objectives

Go to market transformation:

  1. Anchor & drive GTM initiatives and sustain the different GTM mosaic (Business Models)
  2. Identify distribution gaps & work with Sales Development & CCD Head to bridge outlet gaps to maximize long term business growth.
  3. Implement the optimum manpower of DCRs, Distributor optimization & ROI.
  4. Manage the route planning to maximize the route efficiency while manintaining smooth operation

Sales Development:

  1. Analyze data & identify the business problems/ opportunities and appropriate actions to drive results.
  2. Plan and drive Sales Development KPIs.
  3. Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Lead, CCD Manager, DMS Manager & Sales Capability teams to implement the GTM / Sales development strategy.
  4. Conduct market visit by monthly/ quarterly to check the real life of the deployment initiatives.
  5. Follow up to drive sales IT initiatives (Infra + Initiatives) & Ensure data integrity.
  6. Collaborate with Sales Capability do identify the capability development needs for TDM/DR & training objectives.

Sales force effectiveness:

  1. Manage the salary & incentive structure of DCR to make sure total earning is competitive in the market while strongly boosting sales performance.
  2. Manage the total reward & recognition program Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly for sales department.
  3. Plan & equip the working tools for frontline.
  4. Drive sales processes (ATU, distributor IT / portal)
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BA in Sales & Marketing with 3+ years of core Sales experience
  • Robust Sales, GTM experience
  • Project management experience
  • Change Management experience.
  • Robust understanding of Productivity parameters
  • Understands Technology & Implications
  • Identify gaps & exhibits Opportunity seeking
  • Ability to Influence Non reporting relationships
  • Experience to manage cross functional stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Differentiating Competencies Required: Diversity experiences of Go to market/ Routing/Sales force effectiveness
