Responsibilities- Manage Purchase Orders (POs) for 3 PepsiCo Beverage plants by collecting Purchase Requests (PRs), converting them into orders with aligned prices, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor daily order and shipment status using Oracle or other systems, and address any issues identified in suppliers' shipment lists.
- Prepare weekly unit price control reports to ensure PO unit costs are accurate.
- Ensure supplier reconciliations for shipments and POs.
- Execute processes to resolve issues related to dispatch notes, invoices, or quality rejections.
- Take proactive action to manage suppliers, reduce transportation lead times for critical materials, and avoid production or sales disruptions.
- Collaborate regularly with SC and suppliers to share best practices and ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve operational challenges with internal stakeholders and suppliers (e.g., GRNI, invoices, or quality concerns).
- Address issues related to invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide input for the monthly hold report and collaborate with Finance on necessary updates.
- Share annual and rolling forecasts (FC) with suppliers and Sector teams when required.
- Develop and implement productivity or cost-avoidance initiatives within the scope of responsibility.
- Prepare and present routine or ad hoc reports for GP Directs as needed.
- Follow and support import & custom clearance processes to ensure timely material availability.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant functional experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
- A proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity effectively.
