Job Description

Responsibilities

This role involves a blend of consultation and execution across various HR functions, including payroll & time attendance, training and development for plant front line employees, HR policies executioin, employee engagement, and business partnership

  • Function HR Businss Support : Understand and align with the overall HR vision, strategy drivers, and business KPIs to support the HRBPs and HR COE in achieving excellent performance
  • Partner with HRBPs to organize staff activities to foster cultural building and implement change projects, including budget planning, supplier sourcing, and communication designs
  • Manage E2E recruitment process for SC Plant (L4 & below), build a strong sourcing database, and ensure the selection of qualified candidates while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept(TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others
  • Oversee TA operations service delivery, manage the full life cycle recruitment process for front-line hiring, H2O, and ensure compliance with global standards
  • Plant Employee Training & Development : working with HRBP & business functions to identify training needs in compliance to company talent development as well as regulatory requirements ; Manage local training enrollment, logistics arrangements, and data reporting, and support the deployment of learning solutions; encourage participation in employee engagement for global & local mandatory activities, and actively promote collaboration and teamwork
  • HR Policies : Ensure compliance with HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions
  • Build trust with partnered functions at the Non-Manager level, gather insights, and propose prompt actions to prevent conflicts
  • Provide end-to-end HR support, manage HR systems, ensure data integrity, and handle payroll input and vendor management
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA Operations in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes. This includes the ability to communicate general, fact-based trends around the external market, internal organizational needs, and profiling proficiency.
  • Communicate and educate clients on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection
  • Driving effective support on all TM local business requirements & support Asia TM COE in centralizing and standardizing TM business core process needs
  • Vendor management : payment processing related to HR (PO, Vendor creation, etc)
  • Focus on optimizing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery across various HR processes :
    • HR Systems Maintenance : Responsible in ensuring 100% HRIS data integrity and confidentiality of employee records; Oversee the timely and accurate monthly and periodic reporting of HR data
    • Service Delivery & SLA Management : Oversee consistent service delivery in line with agreed processes, ensuring accurate transaction tracking to meet Service Level Agreements
    • Customer Service Excellence : Maintain a high level of customer service and operational efficiency, ensuring that all transactions and administrative processes comply fully with legal, company, and process standards
    • Manage escalations, taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution
    • Apply Global Control Standards within HR processes, ensuring adherence to both corporate and local policies. This includes regular updates and communication to ensure proper execution and documentation of controls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, which may include TA Coordinator, TM, HR, or prior functional applicable experience, among others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Soft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment (experience working with any Candidate Management System/Applicant Tracking System is preferred)
  • Experience in managing HR tools & data analysis
  • Experience of working in a HR environment or shared services role
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels and cultures
  • Proactively work to organize, respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she/he supports
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • Ability to multi task and manage through competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
