Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for effective project management for the development and commercialization of new product / package offerings, cost reduction projects and other supply chain initiatives. This position is the primary supply chain point of contact on cross-functional teams and will serve as the team leader during the commercialization or Scale Up phase of a project. 
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales & Finance and functional resources, and lead the broader cross functional project team to launch new Products, Package & Equipment.
  • Lead the alignment with key stakeholders and resources that include SLT, FSOC, Legal, Concentrate Ops, GP, & Quality. Develop Project Plan and ensure that the project is executed on-time & on-budget.
  • Build detailed timeline of the project with outline of tasks & resources required beginning with the vetting of the idea to the launch and post-launch of Innovation and Productivity projects.
  • Leverage internal & external resources that include consultants & functional experts, across R&D, Package Innovation, Product manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Global Procurement, Legal & Public Relations, and ensure the POM stage gate process is followed for the successful launch of Innovation.
  • Support Initiative Owner (Marketing/Sales) with the feasibility of the project, development of Sales & Marketing strategy, CapEx, resources required, Legal & IP considerations, target launch timing, and contingency plan.
  • Lead the alignment of key project deliverables with Stage Gate committee.
  • Lead the detailed tasks for the execution of the project which include SAP/system setup, qualification, communication, legal considerations, consumer relations, co-packer strategy, financial analysis, and all go-to-market details.
  • Work closely with PGCS, R&D, Packaging & Equipment Development, GP & Supply Chain, and ensure forecasting is aligned, product sourcing strategy is met, system capacity plan is finalized, raw materials are ordered, and new product deliverables are on time.
  • Work closely with R&D Development teams on the development of concepts, testing of prototypes, and coordination of field test.
  • Lead the post evaluation and score-carding of the project to ensure project goals are met and the process continues to be refined.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5-10 years Supply Chain or Operations/Planning experience
  • Prior Supply Chain Integration and PGCS knowledge preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PBC systems and organization knowledge with demonstrated results through others
  • Process oriented business/problem solving skills and functions
  • Outstanding communication and prioritization skills
  • Strong client/customer service mentality and influence management skills
  • Project management and strategic initiative development and execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and manage change effectively is essential
  • Identify and address critical opportunities--develop appropriate action plans accordingly

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
