Global Procurement Analyst (TDA/12 Month Contract)

Overview

This role is responsible for material supply inventory reporting and tracking for commercialization and de-commercialization of products. National raw material inventory management and reporting along with collaboration and direction to Plano HQ materials deployment teams and cross functional commercialization teams.

Responsibilities
• Reporting of national inventory via established production planning models for Flexible packaging and corrugate items  
• Active participant in Cornerstone Task force meetings
• Cornerstone system management include stock code task assignments, graphic requisition change orders inputs and case label tasks
• SAP PO creation for artwork and supplier obsolescence
• Inventory runout file and reporting updates on multiple projects and items.
• Interact on a weekly/daily basis with Product Supply, Marketing, Pre-press and Converters incorporating upcoming events and actions in material inventory management ensuring material availability. 
• Facilitating code change meetings and provide direction to FLUS based call-out coordinators on promotions and new code changes.
• Act as the liaison for FLC Material Supply team with onboarding of new suppliers, vendors, cross functional partners and team members
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Operations Management, Business or Engineering) or equivalent
• Experience in Production, Supply chain fundamentals, Commercialization and /or procurement
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to focus on the big picture as well as manage details.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities across all levels of and across multiple functions, PFC and suppliers.
• Solid organization skills and Project Management experience 
• Proficient Computer literacy and strong sense of customer service
• SAP S4 Hannah experience would be extremely beneficial
