- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, preferably within the food, FMCG manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Relevant positions include Engineer Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Industrial Services, Maintenance & Improvement, or Mechanical Engineer, among others.
- Strong knowledge of various mechanical systems, including HVAC, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors and other industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in establishing, implementing, and overseeing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and best practices within the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with other departments, such as production, quality control, and engineering.
- Assets Management and Planning, including M&I and decision support and reporting tools in maintenance system, and the requirements to ensure good quality information.
- Strong project management capabilities, particularly in coordinating maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- TPM implementation.
- English skill: good for verbal & written communication.
