ResponsibilitiesHelpdesk• Incident (INC) Management: o Incident identification and recordingo Classification and initial support to the Users for the Incidento Investigation and diagnosis of Incidentso Escalation procedures for ensuring Incident resolutiono Incident resolution and restoring service to its normal operationo Communicating with the User and Closing the Incident ticket• Categorization of INC’s: Business Process Management / Catalog Management / IT Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management / Vendor master data request for supplier creation/updates• Prioritization of the work on open Incidents (INCs) according to a set of rules (Ticket prioritization P1 to P5)• Manage communication throughout the lifecycle of the incident• Logging, managing, resolving and closing the request raised by Users in Incident Tracking Tool (SNOW), if it is in scope. If not, the HD agent routes the User to the correct helpdesk or service• Assure adherence to Critical Incident Management Process
o Responding to status requests from Users (e.g. Requisition, New vendor, PO, Others)o Responding to questions related to Procurement policies or procedures / Ad-hoc report creation/requesto Resolving User’s query on the phone by providing a full and a satisfactory information to the Usero Amendment on myBuy transactions performed by HD agento Proper TB request handling in case HD agent is involved
• Comply with User and vendor support requirements in accordance with agreed Policy and Procedures• Provide operation support (by phone and email) in the languages and during the hours as defined• Resolve P2P User (internal and external) inquiries in accordance with defined SLAs• Address or escalate P2P Platform technical issues• Assess new vendor requests in line with PepsiCo instructions
Tactical Buy• Performing Quality check, Compliance check and Contract check for all PRs (Purchase Requisitions) in scope according to PepsiCo Policies and Procedures• Performing Tactical Buy (TB) process: Quotation – Negotiation – Tender summary – Savings calculation• Responsible for the performance of the country: Level of compliance on the country / Quality of the reported data on the country / Monitoring performance against KPIs• Help to identify opportunities to automate business processes• Processing and Approving PRs which have successfully passed the Quality Check (QC) and are not eligible for TB • Updating and Processing PRs in Ariba with the outcome of the TB bidding process • Perform analysis of the spend managed• Lead trainings and sessions for category users• Develop & support additional projects in order to increase myBUY adoption
o Ensuring country data quality (reviewing and validate reports, data, savings for the corresponding country)o Participate in periodical meetings (face-to-face) with the myBUY’s Extended Team & Category managers o Monthly Ops Calls – preparation and review – responsible for accuracy of data presented and follow up on Action plan from the callo Correct tracking of PRs for respective countryo Provide timely responses based on set deadlines to any requests received from management or manager
Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree• 6+ Years of experience• Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)• Experience in Incident Management• Procurement and analytical background• ERP (SAP / ARIBA) experience• Ability to understand the processes and to analyze sourcing data• Good IT (procurement) skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)• Greek language• Good English level
