Manage and drive the implementation of productivity project to achieve AOP target. nhance and sustain technical knowledge and Capability to operation team by provide or organize technical knowledge development program.
Responsibilities- Manage Plant productivity project and set the saving target by annually and Drive Plant productivity Implementation plan of operation
- Drive Plant Performance Improvement agenda by deliver plant performance reporting (Global Measure Up Report, Production Daily report, Manufacturing weekly & Monthly Report, Productivity report, etc.)
- Lead operation improvement program in perspective of technical knowledge and manage the enhancement of technical knowledge Capability development program. ( Lead MOS agenda)
- Lead and coordinate with HR team for Operating Capability Program, like Lean six sigma program, Front Line Manager Academy, Continuous Improvement Culture.
- Support Plant to identify and develop SET candidate in every Platform .
- Motivate, encourage personal involving in each productivity initiatives to improve Project Management Capability and Others Productivity Driving Tools like LSS Project.
- Work together with HR and department heads to identify the training needs and trends to provide relevents knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that the skills and capabilities of the employees meet the needs of the business.
- Organize and facilitate the training activities as well as lead the learning events.
- Assess the effectiveness of the training and advise the solution for improving the system.
- Evaluate the training and development program and support HR in identifying the Individual Development Plan for employees.
- Develope and manage the Internal Trainer Team to deliver the outstanding operations capability.
- Coach and develop P&P and capability team
Education
- Bachelor degree in technical fields
Experience
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in engineering, production management or operations capability.
- Experience in yield improvement program, cost reduction program, productivity program and training activities, etc.,…
- Proven leadership & results in development and implementation of operation business and people plans.
- Engineering/production process management/Labor management expertise.
Knowledge/Skill
- English speaking and writing fluently
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Good computer literature in Microsoft office
- Analytical acumen
