Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Implement trade programs, customer engagement strategy and customer satisfaction agenda within digital services for B2B across Sector. Leveraging platform direct connection with Customers to ensure satisfaction providing visibility, follow up and valuable insights store execution and customer communication. 

Your Impact

As Ecommerce Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Drives reward program execution consistency in the E2E, from Pepsi Connect upload, point of sales material arrival, customer rewards and problem solving.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by managing timely communication, addressing concerns and ensuring visibility across the program.
  • Manage updates to the PepsiConnect application, track key performance indicators and manage communication of changes to rewards program rules.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 months - 1 year of experience in eCommerce, Sales Development, Trade Marketing, or Sales Strategy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in advanced English (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changes.
