Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Are you passionate about optimizing B2B digital platforms and enhancing customer engagement? Join our team as a Commercial B2B Platform Administrator, where you will manage and optimize our internal eCommerce application— the key tool our customers use to place orders and track their transactions.

In this role, you will be the central point of contact for configuring and maintaining the platform based on requests from businesses in Mexico, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic. From promotions and banners to surveys and customer engagement tools, you will ensure that all updates and configurations are accurately reflected in the application.

Your Impact

As a Commercial B2B Platform Administrator, you will:

Manage and Optimize the B2B Platform – Ensure seamless configuration of promotions, banners, surveys, and other platform updates requested by stakeholders.Streamline Order Flow – Oversee the smooth integration of customer orders from the application to the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in fulfillment and delivery.Enhance Customer Experience – Address and resolve platform-related inquiries, ensuring all updates are correctly implemented and reflected in the application.Collaborate with Key Stakeholders – Work closely with teams across different markets to align platform functionalities with business needs.Analyze and Improve Platform Performance – Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to track trends, improve configurations, and enhance the user experience.Support Digital Trade Initiatives – Align platform operations with broader B2B digital commerce strategies to maximize customer engagement and sales impact.Ensure Operational Efficiency – Monitor and improve platform processes, ensuring all requests are executed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a proactive and analytical eCommerce professional with:

🔹 Strong Excel skills (knowledge of Python is a plus) for data analysis and reporting.🔹 Experience managing eCommerce platforms (internal B2B platforms preferred).🔹 Stakeholder management expertise, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and markets.🔹 Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot platform-related challenges efficiently.🔹 Project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of platform updates.🔹 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into platform configurations.
