As a member of the Responsible AI Office, the Manager - Responsible AI Enablement is responsible for ensuring the Responsible AI framework effectively manages the risk of AI across PepsiCo. The role creates and maintains the Responsible AI framework, policies and standards, and drives the enabling culture for the framework to be realized.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the emerging area of AI Governance, a broad understanding of the PepsiCo business, and have skills and experience in driving outcomes across complex projects and through excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Responsible AI strategy and framework aligns with broader PepsiCo strategies, industry approaches such as OECD, ISO, NIST and other best practices that emerge in this developing field.
  • Develop the standards framework alongside partner Responsible AI teams, drive implementation and ensure the ongoing effectiveness by partner with peers in Responsible AI office
  • Research and provide updates and impact assessments on regulatory and industry initiatives, and create and align strategies and initiatives to drive regulatory compliance, by partnering with legal and transformation teams
  • Conduct AI Culture Initiatives by organizing and delivering internal training and awareness programs on
  • Responsible AI, driving organizational literacy and adoption.
  • Create the plan that drives external recognition of PepsiCo, identifying opportunities and supporting the creation of materials
  • Support Responsible AI steerco and leadership briefings.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a Computer Science field
  • Minimum 8 years working in strategy or technology roles, ideally with high exposure to Data Science and AI, Privacy or Cybersecurity
  • Minimum 5 years’ within large, multinational organizations, primarily within FMCG experience in strategy or technology roles,
