The role of the Search Lead is to generate demand through executing on platform search strategy, & Digital Shelf. You will drive leadership of The Digital Shelf to create a competitive advantage for Pepsico across existing and emerging subchannels

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CPC campaigns, strategies and initiatives across eGrocery, Marketplace, & emerging new channels
- Proactively developing and implementing strategy for conversion rate optimisation
- Report key metrics and continual drive performance on platform
- Identify, plan and deliver online initiatives to drive traffic and conversion across the channel
- Manage PDP content structure to deliver Perfect Digital Shelf on all retailer’s platforms
- Using your data analysis skills to generate reporting and gain actionable insights to share with our team on a regular basis
- Collaborating with the Marketing team on content development and delivery
- Support the deployment and implementation of Marketing Automation and Digital Shelf Scraping Tool scorecards suite to analyse digital program performance and consumer behaviour in relation to our categories to provide insights to marketing, category & sales teams
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced eCommerce environments.
- End-to-end management of the online shopper experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage performance marketing programs for strong ROI.
- Deep knowledge of the full eCommerce stack and advanced data analytics, including A/B testing.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Retail Media Networks (e.g., eGrocery, Amazon, Uber).
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital shelf management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and disruptive thinker, willing to challenge existing assumptions to accelerate growth.
- Highly adaptable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, able to quickly determine solutions even when facts are unclear.
