Responsibilities• Establish and manage all procurement and logistics activities while complying with policies and guidelines after review and approval of comparatives.
• Monitoring of all Head office and Regional offices execution work and projects.
• Managing the day to day activities of Cafeteria, Day Care & Travel desk
• Supporting the HO Org Support Services manager in driving the Health and Safety agenda for HO.
• Timely execution of comparative statements for new projects.
• Timely execution of HO and regional offices projects.
• Managing Travel help desk, Café & Day Care center.
• Driving the health and safety agenda for HO.
Qualifications• Graduation with 3-5 years of similar work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
• Experience of handling vendors.
