First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Commercial Human Resources Management team based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities
  • Support key HR processes, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives
  • Assist in organizing workshops and HR-related events
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on HR topics such as organizational development and talent retention
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to analyze workforce trends and support strategic HR initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Available to work full-time in Istanbul from July 1st to August 29th
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
