IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Manager

Overview
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and facilitate the IBP processes (Sales & Operations Execution/iS&OE and Sales & Operations Planning/iS&OP), and also  monitor, assess and drive continuous improvement into the same processes (covering the three pillars of people, process and systems), in order to ensure compliance to the global template and standard of excellence.  
The scope of this covers all Categories in a MU and therefore operationally supports all the key functions that participate in the IBP process (marketing, sales, supply chain, demand planning, finance and procurement), while from a process compliance and improvement perspective the role supports and works with the global IBP center of excellence, IT and D&A.
This is therefore a key role in a  MU, as IBP is the key business process with which a BU makes a lot of its critical business decisions (e.g. bottom-up cross-functionally agreed plan of how much we will produce and sell and therefore how much volume, revenue and profit we will generate, always with the objective to meet our targets – AOP or other targets set by the general management)
Responsibilities
Critical role in preparation, execution and improvement of the IBP (iS&OP and iS&OE) processes. 
  • Attend all iS&OE & iS&OP forums
  • Kicks off each review forum and facilitate status review of key actions, process learnings, decisions, escalations from previous cycles / forums 
  • Collaborate with functional leads to ensure relevant updates have been made and materials created in preparation for the IBP forums
  • Collaborate with functional leads to define, review and communicate plans for open issues, actions and decisions in advance of forums
  • Helps the cross functional stakeholders to achieve alignment, make important timely/optimal decisions and complete actions agreed within IBP cycles so that PepsiCo delivers against its strategic and financial objectives
  • Document and summaries actions agreed, decisions taken and pending and escalations to subsequent forums during each forum 
  • Ensures decisions and actions taken in the iS&OP horizon, flow into and are executed efficiently within the iS&OE horizon
  • Communicate approved plan, decisions and actions to downstream processes and functions (e.g., Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Acts as a key integrator between iS&OP and iS&OE, between IBP and AOP, between IBP and PSP/ESP, and between IBP and PxF and identifies key escalations for next cycle or forum, as well as seamless connectivity between the different processes
  • Analyzes Process Performance KPIs to identify need for escalations and discussion in reviews
  • Discuss learnings from current cycle and document to inform future decisions/process improvements
  • Coaches and supports the iS&OP/E participants on the right process, content and behaviors in the forums as process keeper
  • Track process adoption and forums improvement plan
  • Assist IBP Lead in developing people, system and process changes and corresponding benefits cases to drive continuous improvement towards the global template, in collaboration and with the guidance of the global IBP CoE when more structural changes are needed.
  • Supports the global IBP CoE on performing maturity assessments and more structural CI or transformation plans
Qualifications
  • University  degree (preferably with studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance). Having an MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7 years experience in either supply chain, demand planning, finance or sales.  Having combined functional experience is a plus.
  • Experience in FMCG industry
  • Good in project management and process improvement 
  • Good business acumen with results orientation
  • Confident presenter and good facilitator
  • Collaborative and team player 
  • Strong in both strategic and analytical thinking
  • Strong in organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Fluent in the local business language and in English
