Responsibilities
  • This diversified role requires a highly energized self-starter that is willing to perform any function on the administrative team. Those roles will include receptionist, and sales support. This is a team that works together cross-functionally to reach business goals.
  • The principal accountability of this role is settling driver end of day paperwork, checks, and cash. Managing remote bank deposits.
  • Tracking and managing financial logs which require balancing daily along with Period Close Reconcilliation to the General ledger.
  • Providing daily updates to management. Following control and compliance regulations. You will be required to fill in for vacations coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Tech savvy
  • Willingness to learn new technology to enhance office procedures and processes
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Work well under pressure while meeting commitments and ensuring high quality standards are met
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Adjust to rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent error free data entry skills with great attention to detail
  • Independently motivated and able to perform basic administrative tasks that includes working well within deadlines, and in a team environment as well as solution oriented.
  • Ability to travel to other Pepsi locations is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Banking systems.
  • Accounting, cashiering

Physical Requirements:

  • Filing and lifting, up to 25 pounds are required. Standing for long periods of time, bending, and reaching into bottom of a safe.
