Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation of new eCommerce opportunities across Rapid Delivery, Pure Play and AFH partners, building credible, specific online Joint Business Plans
- Own online customer relationships to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
- Achieve annual agreed targets for Net Revenue, Share, NR/Kg, whilst maximising Trade Investments.
- Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal stakeholders to optimise digital shelf and product display pages on partners platforms
- Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions
- Identify and work with internal stakeholders to unlock eCommerce 1st portfolio to deliver incremental growth across new channels
- Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans
- Partner with the broader regional e-Commerce leadership team to determine the correct expansion plan to drive growth within Australia relative to strong understanding of the constraints and needs of the customer
- Be an internal advocate and lead the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to peer groups.
About you:
- Degree or equivalent qualification preferred; proven eCommerce sales performance, especially in Grocery.com.
- eCommerce experience with knowledge of online and digital ecosystems.
- Successful execution of digital perfect shelf across retailer platforms; collaboration with digital marketing for full funnel conversion and online activations.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proactive in driving online sales and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills for robust analysis and actionable insights.
- Consistent over-delivery against commercial targets.
- Ability to inspire and engage stakeholders through compelling presentations.
- Results-driven with a proactive, curious attitude.
