ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us:
- Zero Accidents: safe practice & commitment towards continuous improvement, work on programs in search for excellent safe behaviors and achievement of GEHSMS score previously defined by Sector
- GEHSMS: support, development, implementation and execution.
- Faster: analysis of operational problems, choosing the right decision in the short-long term and anticipating future results.
- Stronger: generating innovative ideas and creative solutions that add value and productivity in the short-long term.Reviewing, developing, researching and managing new projects that generating innovative ideas and creative solutions that add value and productivity in the short-long term generate profits.
- Better (TAG): focusing on the Customer, cooperation with Customer Collaboration and defining action plans with the Manufacturing Team to ensure compliance and the best service with the requirements of customers. Our top priority is to continue to be in the top 5 in Logistics & Supply ranking
- Label request: Checking that demand suppliers achieve normative AECOC about labels and respecting customers' requests.
- WMS: Capability to create or change configurations, checking functionality system, looking for the best result to simplify ejecution work and guaranteeing maximum quality of service for the customer. Giving support to other users.
- Maintenance of new codes and logistics files: Especially focusing on new launch products, giving this information to Customer Collaboration, checking the best palletization or where we can store efficiently.
- REPLY: Key user of the new Global Warehouse Management System, Design step. It will run up in 2025.
- Audit Requeriments: Complete the STP´s and SOP´s for Audit. Included evidences required.
- SOH Monthly report: Internal report with variety inform: shipments, receptions, transformations, services.
What will you need to succeed?
- Education: university degree
- English intermediate level. Spanish domain
- Analytical, communication and facilitation skills
- Good project management skills
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, PBI, SQL, Query)
