Обязанности:

Defines and communicates the change management strategy for transformation projects, including stakeholder management plan and overall change impacts assessment plan, all in line with the Global/Sector Change Management standards

·      In partnership with the project functional streams ensures that every workstream is equipped with a comprehensive change management plan based on timely and quality change impacts definition

·      Proactively supervises the change management plan execution and oversees stream change management activities

·      Supports the functional streams in stakeholder management activities and develops required action plans including communication

·      Builds up & develops a community of ambassadors to promote transformation and cultural shift required  

·      Contributes to promotion of E2E mindset across teams and collaborates with the Cultural stream to drive “simplification behaviors” on different levels in the organization

·      Leads program branding stream and positive PR, draws up communication content

·      Contributes to integration between streams of transformation and BU/OU S&T by definition of interdependences in changes 

·      Regularly connects with Sector Change Management team and Customizes available toolkits and best practices

·      Ensures the program has a mechanism for feedback exchange, to measure the efficiency of change implementation. Creates action plans to address any relevant issues

Communications

·      Manages communication activities to ensure key stakeholders are informed of transformation activities and progress

·      Develops, manages and executes the Communication Plan which means definition of target audiences, key communication themes, storylines & messages, a list and scheduling of communication events

·      Owns the editing process for transformation communications to drive timely delivery of messages based on communications plan

·      Works closely with Sector Change Management team CoE to ensure all project messages are aligned with the Sector/Global standards and culture

Training

·      Tailor One training approach (inc. strategy and plan) and toolkit for use in

·      Measure and monitor learning programs effectiveness across streams

·      Review available learning content to determine reusability and relevance; coordinate editing or developing new, as appropriate

Требования:
  • Higher Education
  • Minimum 3 years business transformation/operational experience of realization relevant projects in different organizations.
  • Deep understanding of change management, process improvement & optimization standards and principles, methodologies and tools and key dependencies driven by business environment.
  • Modelling and analysis of business processes.
  •  Strong skill of effective communication.
  •  Ability to work in changing environment.
  •  Experience of work in global matrix organization.
  • Self-motivation.
  •  Fluent in English and Russian - mandatory.
  •  Strong analytical skills to identify root issues and convert complex problems into actionable and clear solutions, constructive challenger, with objective / unbiased attitude.
  •  Problem solving skills.
