- Development and implementation of strategic initiatives for NKA & LKA chains establishment of comprehensive, competitive and cost-effective approaches for clients contracting, contributing to the company sales volumes, market share and profit growth;
- Leading of commercial negotiation campaigns with TOP retailers;
- Delivering monthly and long term KPIs (Value plan, Profit, Share of Market)

- Development and implementation of categories strategies via to joint- business plans with key customers;
- Assortment management and space management execution within all customers to deliver profitable growth;
- Partnership with operational teams to ensure all strategies, plans, and programs are implemented at the field level, to maximize sales growth opportunities.
- Higher education;
- Work experience in FMCG sector in a similar position from 4 years;
- Knowledge of the best practices in Modern Trade channel;
- Knowledge of the food industry, customers, consumers, products;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including negotiation with top managers (trading conditions, shares, listing, etc.);
- Work experience with national and local clients;
- Advanced PC user (Power Point, Excel);
- Willingness to frequent business trips;
- English – Intermediate level.
