Обязанности:
  • Support overall BCCA RM strategy and design framework with Market Units RM
  • Implement approved Snacks Growth Strategy for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan by working closely with local sales and marketing teams
  • Design and Implement RM Processes and tools into the markets (mainly around Trade Strategy: Promo and CDA)
  • Roll-out PPA process and push DICE approach within priority MUs
  • Identify ways to improve promotional investment at BCCA level: define key enablers of Trade Terms strategy
  • Define priorities & create long term mix management priorities for BCCA (drive Max the Mix process at MU level consistently)
  • Provide leadership guidance on key BCCA RM projects driving local RM team through the entire strategic process (from Insights to Strategy to Execution)
  • Provide capability guidance to local RM teams to develop RM structures/ processes around key levers
  • Build RM Capabilities and integrated RM Strategy Organizational Structures within BCCA Market Units. 
  • Budget management: Optimal D&A control BCCA Region – SNK, BEV, Juices, Dairy categories.
  • Deliver Plan: Deliver Share ambitions / NR targets / Growth of Net Revenue Realization.
  • Create efficiency: PPA review and reco / D&A control (CDA & Promo) / Mix management.
  • Execution and support of revenue management digitalization agenda and projects.
  • Drive Future Success: Leadership role in RM transformation Projects / Lead strategic change projects that improve net revenue realization and margins for the Category ensuring trade-spend management systems are effective, fit for purpose & implemented. Drive Organizational Health: unlock synergies / structure / ensure key Revenue Management principles are understood by key stackholders and across broader commercial teams.
Требования:
  • Education: University degree, preferably economics / business management
  • Language: Fluent (written & spoken) in English and Russian is a must.
  • 5 year experience in NRM, Commercial Finance, Market Insights.
  • Confident Power BI user.
  • Multi-country experience is a plus.
  • High level of Commercial instinct to understand key business drivers & identify value creation opportunities.
  • Work-planning skills, to enable effective management of priorities.
  • Strong synthetic & problem solving skills - extract key messages from complex range of data.
  • High level of numerical and analytical skills essential.
  • Creating simple solutions and crafting a simple communication story.
  • Strong presentation skills - presenting recommendations for a senior audience.
  • Ability to step beyond core analysis to understand the wider commercial framework (Marketing objectives, account relationships, financial objectives, etc.).
