eComm content strategy development & integration
- Lead eComm content strategy development based on market best practices, global expertise and BU internal expert knowledge to build best-in-class content in the market
- Lead shopper content usage deep understanding via researches & test&learns
- Create Playbooks & procedures and cascade it across organization to ensure unified content approach across brands & businesses
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop content from idea to “on-shelf” execution with 15+ people involved into process including marketing managers, design studio leads, digital managers and customer activation managers
- Lead communication with agencies to partner for outstanding product content development for eCom categories.
- Lead a regular RU & international eCom market monitoring, Sector and Global practice gathering to identify best product content practices to be implemented. Initiate consulting with eCom Experts.
- Align content strategic approaches with eCommerce commercial Sr Director and Marketing directors
- Launch A/B tests with key clients to come up with the best product content solutions. Initiate Shopper tests though agencies
eCom Product Content Monitoring and enhancement
- Lead product content monitoring on all key customer’s platforms. Manage activation managers to update content timely and be 90% compliante to picture of success
- Lead integration of eCom Product content evaluation into Perfect eStore Dashboards.
PIM System
- Lead Local product information management system set up, management and support. Set up automated and semiautomated content delivery to key touchpoints (incl. retailers’ catalogs, marketplaces, own web sites etc.)
- Lead set up and manage content uploading to the PIM system.
- Lead development and storage of content in line with eCommerce requirements
- Lead product information management system enhancement, work closely with sofwear developers, set up tasks and follow up the development and implementation
- Promote PIM system within PepsiCo RU team and to Sector eCom Team.
Drive eCom Customers Collaboration
- Collaborate with key customers on content integration, knowledge sharing, test&learns
- Establish PepsiCo as best-in-class content partner in FMCG
- Develop plans with key customers on content level upgrade and new tools implementations
Lead “Future” content capabilities development
- Lead new capabilities and tools implementation in PEP brand’s content as pioneer on the market (as example: video covers, A+ content, etc)
- Lead AI Strategy integration into content creation to minimize design studio workload
- Monitor market trends and content agencies to constantly upgrade our strategy and partnership with agencies to use the best practices from the market
- Fluent English
- At least 4 years experience in marketing / eCommerce / activations. At least 2-year experience with eCommerce content
- Experience in developing eCommerce content with external agencies and/ or internal resources
- Excellent project management skills – ability to co-ordinate several diverse stakeholders and to manage performance of external suppliers
- Aptitude to learn fast, to absorb and integrate new facts and methodologies into normal operating process.
- Effective communication skills – accurately identifies the role of different stakeholders & tailors communication messages & style accordingly.
- Challenge & Influencing Skills – experienced & effective at influencing and challenging senior internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrixed organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed,
- Strong presentation skills – comfortable presenting internally / externally to all levels
- Ability to manage/drive agenda and thinking with functional reports in a matrixed and virtual environment
- University degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Sound knowledge & experience of eCommerce & Digital business & operations
- Understanding of Category Management and Selling with Insight principles
- Background in Analytics, Sales or Marketing e-commerce in the CPG industry 1 year

- Able to synthesize multiple sources of information to provide business recommendations to customer
