Обязанности:
  • Lead MOS agenda;
  • Lead/support Vertical Start Up initiatives, to speed up working new equipment and products on nominal capacity. Support deployment through physical standards and standard work implementation, delivering trainings and coaching for local leaders. Sustain SET program for Manufacturing through evaluating candidates, providing trainings (hard and soft skills), coaching and certififcation process. Evaluating and implementation sector and global best practicies;
  • Lead TE increase to growth capacity in different technologies through different categories across PO1;
  • Control and management of technological and technical excellence (through standard development, implementation, control and audit with realization of action plans accordingly);
  • Maintain CIM technology after landing in Manufacturing (X-categories);
  • Close collaboration across functions to support NPD agenda from manufacturing side;
  • Lead all Manufacturing trials through different projects to build up analytical base and right decisions for SC excellence, to reduce related losses (incl. Change Management);
  • Lead Technical Maintenance improvement through Spare parts localization and Efficient Stock management;
  • Develop tactics and strategy of Manufacturing infrastructure development to increase operational efficiency;
  • SPARK deployment;
  • Close collaboration with Plant managers to aggregate technological and infrastructural gaps, build pipelines and address actions accordingly;
  • Strengthen Sector Network to increase local capability and competence improvement boost;
  • Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, Defining and financially justifying projects to ensure that we have clear commitment to tangible and real deliverables is important;
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance, scorecard, audit protocols, coupled with R&R, to ensure progress is monitored, sustained, escalated and celebrated.
Требования:
  • Higher Technical education;
  • Min. 5 years of experience in related area (Manufacturing management, process improvement, project management);
  • FMCG knowledge is a plus;
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots;
  • Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple;
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills;
  • Can do attitude and willingness to take on challenges;
  • Fluent English and Russian;
  • Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries.
