Work with the processes of joint forecasting and ensuring the availability of goods in customer storefronts. Development and implementation of templates and tools for joint forecasting for each TOP client.
Holding weekly meetings, both inside Pepsico and on the side of Distributors, on sales, inquiries, saplay, customer service in order to: a. ensure the planned accuracy of sales forecasting – implementation, decision-making; b. Reduce the risks of loss of service through timely communication with the customer and determining product quotas – acceptance decisions, execution.
RCA analysis. Assistance in managing the process of achieving planned service level indicators, both within Pepsico and on the Distributor's side, by assessing service losses, identifying root causes, coordinating with responsible departments, participating in the creation and approval of a corrective action plan, tracking progress and promptly responding to risks of violation of the planned plan – decision-making, execution, consulting, informing.
Use store-by-store analysis to drive on-shelf availability (OSA) across PepsiCo categories to minimize missed sales – deliver OSA.
Support Top Customers supply chain by providing day to day support for our portfolio within their systems where access allows: orders and stock management.
Drive Forecast Accuracy Improvement , through the TOP Customers/ PepsiCo Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process / tools to manage flawless execution of all NPD and seasonal events.
Lead TOP Customers/Distributors/ PepsiCo collaborative stock and loss optimization projects.
Требования:Higher education. Preferably management/Economics/Sales.
Strong analytical skills, and keen eye for detail to prevent OSA issues arising.
Strong initiative and action-orientation to problem-solve availability issues as they arise.
Understanding and utilisation of PepsiCoOrder Management processes.
Preferable, experience in Big Data Analysis and/or Demand Planning from 2 years, Supply Chain Project Management.
1C 8.0 – a confident user.
Knowledge of regulatory documents (external and internal).
English-not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
