- Key account management of the priority Lighthouse customers
- Tenders for new markets and renewals of existing business
- Working with BUs on:
- Annual joint business planning
- Activation programs to drive incidence and marketing value
- Promotions
- Organised Customer Community Development.
Lead the central development for Global Recreation & Lodging accounts across Europe
- developing marketing activation plans that drive incidence and marketing value
- seamless execution of new product launches
- Redefine and execute MEM solutions.
- Workshops to drive improved account management and business development
- Centralize and share Best Practices.
Support the deployment of WCCE for the accounts in all territories & drive JBP agreements and compliance execution.
Likely accounts to sit in role responsibility – Cineworld Group, Vue Group, Kinepolis, Marriott.
Reports to Europe Commercial Director Organised AFH
Must be willing and able to travel at least 25% of the time
- The role involves PEP GM and Senior level Customer engagement, matrix management, setting the agenda by aligning both internal & external stakeholders.
- Owning the customer agenda and opportunity for growth, brand building and portfolio transformation across the commercial functions
- Local ownership of Global Food Service customer agenda, innovation and sustainability.
- Unlocking new business with the existing customers and building towards contract renewal.
- Some element of new business development or geographic expansion.
- Channel Manager for Recreation & Lodging EUR within the Away from Home Sector CoE reporting to Commercial Director Organised AFH.
- Lead customer new market RFP processes and tenders to win new or expand business.
- Define role of the channel / customers and align senior stakeholders internally to drive business growth and brand building agenda.
- Leverage mix of commercial and marketing to win in market place.
- Full mandate responsibility for P&L development and customer negotiation, pending PEP GM approval.
- Responsible for alignment of the Sector Customer plans with BU plans.
- Internally define, evaluate & identify the customer priorities to capitalise on the opportunities & then establish alignment with BUs for seamless execution.
- Engage with Global Leads to ensure alignment of plans and deploying best practices
- Work with the markets to define challenges and opportunities that feed into the Sector/Global plans for the account
- Provides strong account governance and stewardship for the key accounts
- Partner with Global Foodservice team to manage key global accounts in a consistent way
- Share Best Practices with BUs to ensure skill transfer & sustainable improvements that drive business growth
- Develop EUR wide activation plans to support beverage & snacks growth and support all new market roll outs.
- Work with Marketing Teams and Operations/MEM to launch customized products innovation for the Channel/Key Accounts
- Sales and negotiation experience - Foodservice and cross category experience an advantage.
- Fluency in English and another European language would be advantageous
