Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Fully responsibility of Beverage production (Make) budget in Actual / Forecast / Long Term Forecast / Budget cycle. Work closely with Plants management teams to provide monthly make performance covering 3 plants (actual vs budget variance, C2R, direct labor, productivity, energy usage, fixed manufacturing overhead, etc.)
  • Being business partner to Beverage Supply Chain Team on evaluate beverage make performance and provide input recommendations on budget realization/forecasting, opportunity/risk management, tasks, etc.
  • Work as a Center of Excellence for productivity and Capital part of beverage category. This position is responsible for the ongoing facilitation of Capex & Productivity governance, deployment of COE Policy/Procedures and Global Brain & Power Steering Systems Admin/Consolidation for bev category. Like a being first contact (COE) all related capex & productivity issue in beverage
  • Prepare, evaluate and partnership to Supply Chain team and Sector Global Business Services Team on all capex investment proposal in beverage category and attent/govern Capcom discussion & approval (Develop financials/documents for small-midsized capitals & support for development for larger projects)
  • Follow, track, evaluate and partnership to Supply Chain Team & Cost Transformation team on Transformational Productivity Projects. Task tracking – reflection on budget. (Validate financials for small-midsized productivity projects. ensure the financial impacts are reflected in the P&L algorithm and make sure the savings are properly calculated.)
  • Prepare and submit all sector and Business Unit reporting requirements i.e. site reporting / mosaic – cockpit / Next Gen / Global Brain
Qualifications
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and / or MBA degree
  • 6+ years working experience required
  • Excellent command of English & Turkish
  • Proven Operating Business Partner experience and ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and with a virtual team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with a keen curiosity and drive to influence the Strategic Finance Agenda
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with a passion for detail
  • Proactive and structured approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Collaborative team player with excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
