This is a new role designed to drive business growth in BPC (EP) categories of GCR snacks
- Develop strategy to solidify our portfolio strong position in Indulgence space with EP portfolio and brands.
- Develop consumer-centric innovation pipeline, brand building and business road-map
- Develop and implement launch plan, partnering with X-functions
- Ensure perfect execution via effective management and influence with key stakeholders
- Lead to develop EP portfolio and brand strategy to solidify PEP strong position in Indulgence space as complementary to PC to meet consumers’ SNK repertoire consumption needs
- Develop EP innovation strategy and pipelines, identifying innovation opty. based on deep consumer insight and needs anchor in critical market, occasion and channel
- Partner with CMO and strategy team to identify the gap of capability, resources to build a solid business anchoring in EP
- Closely partner with global team, to lift and scale global best practices of building Doritos, Cheetos and Popcorner
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver the best creative content efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with sales team to ensure successful landing of new campaigns (and products) into the market
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10 year+ solid brand marketing experience with consumer-centric mindset and strong business acumen
- Strong capability to build and execute strategies that deliver top and bottom line results; P&L decisions. Keeping revenues and cost in balance. Making the tough financial decisions
- Ability to build and execute brand plans and innovation pipeline through essential strong marketing and innovation skills
- FMCG brand marketing and business building experience
- Innovation expertise, with detailed process knowledge across functions
- Strong business acumen, end-to-end commercial mindset
- Strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team, build strong organization capability and talent and create a trust and engaging environment
- Strong background in innovation and portfolio management
