The purpose of the role is to:

• Deliver SC Reporting & Analytics Services to China BU by utilizing data and technology
• Conduct system operations work in SAP in defined scope
• Support line manager to build team capability and new working process and learn new tools.
• Support to analyze data and identify performance improvement opportunities

Support reports consolidation and analysis to get an effective and accurate reporting system

1. Generate regular KPI reports per defined template and support projects tracking in system.
2. Maintain data model for analysis and tracking. Interpret and monitor output.
3. Standardize data inputs and Ensure data quality.

Support SAP system operations

1. Support SAP operations per defined scopes.
2. Generate KPI report as requested.

General support on reporting

1. Maintain master data in reporting system
2. Standardize reporting & analytics as a competitive advantage of China BU
3. Support template development on Paperless, BI and other platform.
4. Support line manager to do training and deliver reporting team's priorities
5. Support new process setup and build connection with BU and plant team

6. Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership, and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating.

Key Skills/Experience Required ：

• Bachelor's degree, with minimum 2 years' experience working with Data Analytics and Reporting (cloud-based desirable), or similar experience
• Plant working experience/ Knowledge on SC, production process is preferred.
• SAP experience is desired.
• Skills in Data Analytics and Reporting platforms in Office, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• Possess high personal integrity and standards
• Good communication and influencing skills
• English skill in reading and writing desired
• Be able to work under high pressure
