Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Category Lead – Commercial, A&M (Advertising & Marketing) is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to maximize value, drive cost efficiencies, and foster innovation across all Advertising, Media, and Marketing categories. This role acts as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders, ensuring procurement initiatives align with business objectives, brand goals, and commercial growth strategies

Your Impact

As A&M Global Procurement Sr Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:

- Define the strategy for A&M bringing the best cost to the area/scope- Lead the negotiation of a portfolio represented by +300 MM USD, in PepsiCo Mexico Foods A&M (Agency management, Measurement of impact, creative agencies and sponsorship). - Lead the spend analysis, stakeholders and suppliers for all the non-managed scope of marketing LatAm- Analyze and propose a Sourcing process efficiency that delivers cost benefits for the company- Lead the implementation of Procurement sourcing processes in Latam A&M, that is: 8 steps sourcing strategy, governance, productivity, cashflow, Supplier Relationship Management, among others- Lead the category sourcing strategies to secure supply and deliver productivity and cash flow for the Commercial team, across LatAm- Develop and organize A&M in the Procurement scope to include governance and compliance processes- Provide Procurement accompaniment to stakeholders and suppliers for A&M Latam- Lead the category strategies definition to secure supply, deliver productivity and cash flow for Procurement Commercial Latam- Propose the best matrix of suppliers to secure supply and implement cost efficiencies along the supply chain- Monitor and control productivity and cash flow reports to finance and the business in Latam- Monitor and control legal contracts to be in place for A&M to be in compliance

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

 - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Marketing

Experience

- Over 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within global and VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments.- In-depth experience in sourcing processes and procurement best practices, ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.- Excellent analytical and financial skills (advanced data management and TCO - Total Cost of Ownership - analysis).- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Ariba.- Comfortable handling figures, conducting analysis, and presenting complex information to executive levels- Expert negotiator with strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

- Strong data driven skills- Ability to lead and influence multicultural teams across different locations, even without direct reporting lines.- Skilled in building strong networks and long-term strategic relationships, Digital mindsetHigh level of business acumen (strategic business vision).- Project management and multitasking skills in complex environments.- Results-oriented, comfortable setting and achieving ambitious targets.- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. (Desirable Portuguese)- Logical and structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex situations for executive communication
