What You’ll Do
- Find & Engage Top Leaders – Use advanced sourcing techniques, including but not limited to Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automation tools to uncover top leadership talent.
- Build Executive Talent Pipelines – Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates to ensure future hiring success.
- Deliver Market Intelligence – Conduct talent mapping, competitive research, and market analysis to guide hiring decisions.
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders – Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and executives to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
- Ensure a High-Touch Candidate Experience – Deliver a personalized, executive-level candidate engagement strategy.
- Optimize Sourcing Processes – Leverage CRM/ATS platforms like iCIMS, track key sourcing metrics, and improve efficiencies.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has Sourcing Expertise – 3+ years of experience in executive or leadership talent sourcing (Director and above).
- Is a Talent Detective – Skilled in Boolean search, automation tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover hidden talent.
- Understands Market Intelligence – Proficient in talent research, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
- Is a Strong Communicator – Can engage and influence senior stakeholders and candidates with credibility and professionalism.
- Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment – Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Knows Sourcing Technology – Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruitment tech platforms (e.g., iCIMS).
- Handles Sensitive Information with Discretion – Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with executive talent.
- Collaborates Across Cultures – Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Is Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
