As part of our ongoing success, we are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Sales Team as a Key Account Manager for Woolworths NZ (WWNZ). This role focuses on supporting P&L delivery for Woolworths/Countdown through developing and executing account plans with the NBSM. Responsibilities include assisting with promotional reviews, modelling, reporting, projects and ensuring data accuracy between Bluebird and WWNZ systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day Key Account responsibilities for Woolworths/Countdown and oversee the responsibility area (RA) in CBP.
  • Support NBSM with Monthly Connects, Category Reviews, Joint Business Plans, and NPD presentations.
  • Assist with internal modelling, reporting and updating key documentation.
  • Ensure accurate financial and volume forecasting, updating CBP as needed.
  • Oversee Partner Hub for data accuracy and alignment with product, promotional and pricing plans.
  • Manage relationship with WWNZ shared services partner, reviewing claims, accruals, and supporting the field team.
  • Ensure relevant plans & information is communicated with our Field Team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and influencing.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and analytical abilities.
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG, especially in Field Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management, or Key Accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Aztec/AC Nielsen Software, with knowledge of BBF P&L structure.
