Responsibilities•Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
•Ensure PGSB execution.
•Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.
•Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
•Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
•Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
•To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support
Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree
•Demonstrated track record of success
•3-5 years people leadership experience
•6-8 years front-line sales experience
•Project management: integrate and run multiple projects
•Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
•Excellent computer skill (Excel, Word, Power point and database management)
•Project management : manage and motivate personnel to complete projects –
•Professional Selling skills
•P&L responsibility preferred
•Large team responsibility preferred
•Distributor management experience preferred
•Industry knowledge preferred
•Negotiation/problem solving skills
