Karen Jordan Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, PBNA

Karen Jordan has been with Pepsi for over 20 years. Her role includes leadership of end‐to‐end Supply Chain for PepsiCo’s $26Bn Beverage Business (PBNA), including all Manufacturing Plant Operations, Transportation, Fleet operations, Planning, and Integration & Commercialization for the U.S. and Canada. PBNA Supply Chain encompasses 10K+ employees, planning & product availability for over 300 Direct Store Delivery & Warehouse Delivered locations, 61 Manufacturing plants, and a large Logistics team. Overall, she is accountable for strategically leading the supply chain to drive operating excellence that delivers share & revenue growth; grows productivity and grows the capability, and workplace culture.

Karen has served in multiple senior supply chain leadership roles across the world. These include her previous assignment as the Senior Vice President, Operations for PBNA’s South Division, a $5Bn business.

Karen is a passionate champion of PepsiCo’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion agenda through participation and leadership of diversity advisory board activities at both a regional and national level. She currently serves as the executive sponsor of PepsiCo’s North American Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) Employee Resource Group.

Erica Edwards Senior Vice President, Field Manufacturing, PBNA

Erica Edwards oversees the Supply Chain operations for PBNA’s West Division that is inclusive of 20+ locations with an organization of 4,800+ employees, across Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics.

Erica is passionate about the diversity and inclusion agenda at PepsiCo, Erica also serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Inclusion Network and the Women in Operations employee resource groups.

She was born and raised in San Francisco, CA and graduated with a degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise Science from the University of Southern California.
